Attendance clock with export to Oketz

Employees clock in, RayClock calculates hours and overtime according to the law, and at the end of the month you get a file in a ready-made template for Trio — Oketz's payroll software — that your payroll accountant imports directly. No timesheets and no retyping hours for each employee.

What goes to Oketz

For every employee, every month — a ready-made template for Trio, ready to import:

Hours by rate

Regular hours and overtime at 125% and 150% (and 175%/200% where there are any), as calculated in the monthly report.

Working days

The days actually worked in the month, from the clock-ins.

Vacation, sick leave and reserve duty

Absence days from the requests approved in absence management.

The right employee

Each row is matched by the employee number in Trio, so the hours land on the right payslip.

How it works

  1. Employees clock in In the app, in the browser, with an NFC tag or at a tablet kiosk. Hours are calculated as the month goes.
  2. Lock the month Go over the monthly report, fix what needs fixing and lock it — so what goes to payroll no longer changes.
  3. Download and import into Oketz Download the file on the payroll export screen — or your accountant downloads it themselves from the accountant portal — and import it into Oketz.
Closing the month — a laptop and coffee at the end of the day

Set up once — together with you

On each employee's card in RayClock you fill in their employee number in Trio — that is what links each row to the right employee. On the Trio side, your payroll accountant sets up the import once, and we go over it with them in the first month.

In the first month it is worth having your payroll accountant go over one payslip against the monthly report. If anything does not add up, we will fix it with you.

Why RayClock for businesses that use Oketz

No retyping

Each employee's hours come straight from their own clock-ins — no copying from paper into software, and no typing errors.

Hours by the law

Overtime, breaks and Shabbat are calculated by the work profile and split by rate already in the monthly report.

By department

Export the whole company in one file, or a single department.

Month lock

Once the month is locked its records cannot change, so what payroll imported stays as it is.

An accountant portal

Your accountant or payroll accountant gets free access to the accountant portal and downloads the file themselves.

14 days free

Try it on your own month, with your own employees, and check the file against payroll before you decide.

Questions about the Oketz export

Does RayClock connect to Oketz?

Yes, to Oketz's Trio payroll software. On the payroll export screen you choose the ready-made Trio template and the month, and download a file that your payroll accountant imports into Trio. No extra software and no installation.

What does the payroll accountant need to get started?

That the employee numbers in RayClock match Trio, and one import setup in Trio — once, not every month. We go over the first file with them.

Do we need to change our payroll software?

No. Oketz stays exactly as it is; only attendance moves to RayClock. Your payroll accountant keeps working as usual — just without typing in hours.

Can the accountant download the file themselves?

Yes. Invite them to the free accountant portal, and they download the file for each month with read-only access, without asking you.

Is the Oketz export included in the price?

Yes. Payroll export is included in both plans, Attendance and Full, with no surcharge and no setup fee. Prices are on the pricing page.

We use another payroll system?

We also export to Shiklulit, Michpal and Rivhit, and for any other payroll system — Hilan, Malam, Hashavshevet and more — you build an Excel or CSV template with the columns the system imports. All the options are on the payroll export page.
