What accountants ask

How much does the accountant panel cost?

Nothing. The panel is free for accountants, payroll accountants and tax advisors, with no limit on the number of clients.

How do I sign up for the panel?

There is no self sign-up, and that is part of the security. An account is opened only when a client invites you from their own system (Settings → Accountant).

What can I see in the panel, and what not?

You see what payroll needs: who submitted hours and who didn't, whether the month is locked, exceptions, and the export files to download. You don't see payslips, employee documents or any personal details beyond that.

Who controls my access to the data?

The client, always. They grant access through the invitation and can revoke it at any moment; revocation takes effect immediately.

Which payroll systems can I export to?

You download exactly the same files the client produces from the system: Excel or CSV in a template matched to the payroll system they use, and dedicated formats for common payroll systems. Working with a specific system and want to confirm it fits? Leave your details in the form and we'll check it together.
