Frequently asked questions
Is a digital Form 101 valid?
Form 101 is signed with an approved provider that holds Israel Tax Authority approval, not with an in-house signature of ours. That way the form is signed the way the regulator requires.
Who approves the form after the employee fills it in?
The accountant or payroll administrator. They can approve the form, or send it back to the employee with a note on exactly what needs fixing.
How do I know who still hasn't submitted Form 101?
The screen is organized by employee, not by form, so a single list shows who hasn't filled it in yet, who has submitted and is awaiting approval, and who has already signed.
Is Form 101 included in the RayClock price?
The connection to the service is built into the system at no extra cost from us, but the signing itself is done with an external provider — and you are billed for their service directly by them.
Does Form 101 need to be filled in again every year?
Yes. In the system, each tax year starts fresh with separate tracking for every employee, without losing the forms from previous years.
What happens to the signed form afterwards?
A signed copy is saved with us in the employee file, so it can be downloaded even if the external provider is unavailable. The form stays with the employee alongside the rest of their employment documents.
