Attendance data, ready to send to payroll
Employees clock in, the system calculates
Overtime (125%/150%), Shabbat and holidays, breaks and absences — for every day.
Close the month with final numbers
Exceptions are flagged in advance. What's locked is what goes to payroll.
Download an import-ready file
The payroll administrator imports it — no retyping.
Export to Shiklulit: a file that loads directly
General data for each employee
Actual hours worked, workdays, sick days, vacation and reserve duty, by the employee's number in the payroll system.
Additional pay components
Every absence type assigned a Shiklulit code is exported as a separate component record.
Validation before export
The system warns you about employees with no payroll employee number, or an invalid one, before the file goes out.
The payroll administrator downloads it themselves — no chasing files
Invite your accountant to the free panel: they see when the month is locked and download the export files. Read-only, under the company's control.

How do I export hours to Shiklulit?
Lock the month and download a TAMAL-5.DAT file in Shiklulit's import format, with hours, workdays and absences for each employee. Import it into the payroll system and check the import results. The full guide to exporting to Shiklulit.
Do you work with other payroll systems?
You can set up an Excel/CSV template. Before you start, check with your payroll administrator that the format and fields match the import options in their system.
What's included in the file?
In the Shiklulit file: actual hours after break deduction, workdays, and sick, vacation and reserve-duty days for each active employee. The overtime, Shabbat and holiday breakdown is in the monthly reports.
Who downloads the file?
The company manager from the system, or the accountant directly from the free accountant panel — read-only and under the company's control.
