I don't have an account / I can't sign in
RayClock is your workplace's system, and your employer opens your account. There is no self-signup in the
app. If you haven't received an invitation, or the system doesn't recognize your email — contact HR or your
manager, and they will open an account for you or send a new invitation.
If your employer is connected to Google or Microsoft, you can also sign in with the matching buttons on the
sign-in screen, using the same email your employer registered.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email, and you'll receive a link to choose a new
password. No email? Check your spam folder, and if it's still not there — contact us.
Wrong or missing clock-in
Forgot to clock in, or was your clock-in recorded at the wrong time? On the "My month" screen, tap the
relevant day. If your employer lets employees fix clock-ins, you can complete or correct it there, giving a
reason for the change. If you can't edit it — contact your manager, who will fix the clock-in for you.
Location and NFC
-
Location: if your employer has set up location checks, the app checks that you are at an
approved work site only at the moment you clock in. If clocking in is blocked, make sure RayClock's location
permission is turned on in your phone settings.
-
NFC: to clock in with a wall tag, hold the top of your phone near the tag until a
confirmation message appears.
Leave, payslips and documents
Leave and absence requests go to your manager for approval, and the status updates in the app. Leave
balances, payslips and documents come from your employer — if something is missing or doesn't look right,
contact HR first.
Account deletion and privacy
Your account belongs to your workplace, so a request to close it goes through your employer. You can also
contact us directly at the address below, and we'll handle the request together with your employer. Details
about the information we keep and your rights are in our privacy policy.
