Our commitment
We see accessibility as part of the product, and we work to ensure that everyone can use the website and the system independently and with dignity, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations enacted under it.
Level of accessibility
The website and the system are made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines, at level AA. We design and test against WCAG 2.1 level AA, which includes the WCAG 2.0 requirements.
The most recent accessibility review was carried out internally on October 2, 2026, in current versions of the common browsers, on desktop and mobile.
What we have done on the site
- A correct, semantic structure of headings, lists and content regions.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indication of the focused element.
- Screen reader support, including alternative text for images and labels for all form fields.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page, to bypass the menu.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- An accessibility menu (the button in the corner of the screen) for larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stopping animations and a readable font. The settings are remembered in your browser.
- A layout that adapts to screens of all sizes, and text that can be enlarged in the browser without loss of content.
- Respect for the system preference to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion) — anyone who has set it will not see animations.
- The site is available in Hebrew, English and Russian; each page declares its language and reading direction, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
Known limitations
There may be pages or components that have not yet been made fully accessible, as well as third-party content that is beyond our control. We continue to check and fix things on an ongoing basis. If you come across a component that is not accessible, please let us know and we will address it as soon as possible.
Accessibility of the system itself
The system used by employees and managers — on the web and in the mobile app — is accessible too:
- On the web: full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, a skip-to-content link, labels on every form field, error messages that screen readers announce, and dialogs that close with Escape and keep focus inside them.
- In the mobile app: VoiceOver and TalkBack support, names and roles for every button, and support for the operating system's larger text sizes.
- The system is available in Hebrew, English and Russian.
Any user who encounters a difficulty is welcome to contact us, and we will help find a solution.
