Attendance and staff management for clinics

A team working in shifts, sometimes at more than one clinic, with professional licenses that have to stay valid.

A clinic team

What RayClock does for you

Shifts across clinics

Set up each clinic as a work site, build the schedule and publish it. Staff see when and where they work.

Licenses and certifications

Keep each staff member’s license, certifications and training with an expiry date, and get an alert ahead of time.

Contracts and documents

Send the employment contract and documents for digital signature; they are kept in the employee file.

Leave and balances

Leave and sick requests from the phone, balances that update themselves, and manager approval.

What a working day looks like

  1. At the start of the dayThe staff member clocks in from their phone or at an NFC tag at the clinic entrance.
  2. During the monthThe manager sees who is working today, which leave requests are waiting and which licenses are about to expire.
  3. At month-endHours, overtime, Shabbat and holidays are calculated. Lock and export to payroll.

Practical questions

Can I see whose license is about to expire?

Yes. Each employee file lists credentials with expiry dates, and the system alerts you before expiry, as many days ahead as you set.

What about someone who works at two clinics?

They clock in at each clinic as usual, and all their punches go into the same monthly report.

Who sees employees’ documents?

Each document has a visibility level: HR only, also the manager, or also the employee.

Does the system store patient medical information?

No. RayClock manages your staff — attendance, shifts and employee files — not patient data.
