Time clock for stores and chains

Several branches, morning and evening shifts, and staff who join for the season — all in one account and one monthly report.

What RayClock does for you

Several branches, one account

Set up each branch as a work site. Employees clock in from their phone, and location is checked only at that moment against the site.

Shift schedule

Build the schedule from templates and publish it to employees. Shift swaps and open shifts to pick up — with manager approval.

Seasonal staff

Import a list from Excel before the season and mark them inactive after it. You pay only for active employees.

Ready for payroll

Overtime, Shabbat and holidays are calculated by law. At month-end, lock and export to payroll.

What a working day looks like

  1. When the branch opensThe employee clocks in from their phone and, if you turned on location checks, it is confirmed they are at the branch.
  2. During the dayThe branch manager sees who has arrived, who hasn’t and who has finished. A punch left open is flagged.
  3. At month-endFilter the report by department — for example one department per branch — review, lock and export to payroll.

Practical questions

Can I see a separate report for each branch?

Reports filter by department and position. The easy way is a department per branch, so each branch manager sees their own team.

What about an employee who works at two branches?

They clock in at each branch as usual, and all their punches go into the same monthly report.

Do I need to buy a time clock for every branch?

No. Staff clock in from their phone or at an NFC tag on the wall. A kiosk with employee cards is an option, not a requirement.

Do we keep paying for seasonal staff after the season?

No. You pay only for active employees, and anyone marked inactive is not counted.

Want to try it with your team?

A 14-day trial, up to 100 employees, no credit card. After that, pricing is by active employees.
